Tasting characteristics :
Grapes come from soils with permeable moraine deposits composed of mica schists, paragneisses and quartzites. The vineyards are located at 600-750 meters above sea level and face south, southeast, southwest. 3/4 of the wine was fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks and 1/4 fermented in 30 hectolitre oak barrels using natural yeasts.
The colour of the wine ranges from greenish-yellow to straw. Delicate aromas of pear, honey and banana are on the nose. On the palate it is powerful, with a full and elegant body. The finish is balanced and nutty. Suitable combination with Asian cuisine, sushi, grilled fish, pasta and risotto.
