Antinori Haras de Pirque Hussonet 2019 is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the vineyards of Haras de Pirque in the Maipo Valley. This wine is a charming expression of this characteristic territory, offering grassy and spicy notes supported by an exceptional freshness typical of the terroir.
The different parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented separately in both stainless steel and French oak. Cold maceration was performed for a period of 3 to 5 days to improve the aromatic compounds. After alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is transferred to barriques where it is aged for 12 months.
Antinori Haras de Pirque Hussonet 2019 has a deep red colour. On the nose, notes of cinnamon, bay leaf and mint merge with grassy sensations and toasty notes that express the fresh character of Maipo Valley. The taste is mild with pleasant tannins that offer aromas of red fruits and chocolate.
