Nussbaumer is the most awarded Gewürztraminer in Italy. A wine in which elegance and spicy aromas find their maximum expressiveness.

Tasting characteristics :

Nussbaumer is aged in small inox vessels in constant contact with lees until the end of August. After bottling it spends another 3 months in bottle. It is aged for about 14 months.
On the nose there are floral aromas, hints of dried vegetables, candied stone fruit, herbal and mineral nuances. On the palate it is sweet, with ripe fruit, balanced acids, mineral, hints of herbs, full body. On the finish there is a minerality and nutty flavour.
