Tasting characteristics:
Ripe cherries and a fresh earthy note are revealed on the nose. On the palate the wine is rounded, flows like a stream of pure water, with a light but intense fruity flavour. The aftertaste enriches with cherry stone, spices and again a distinct earthy note. A perfect combination with grilled vegetables, game, slow cooked pork with prunes, veal, cold platters with cheeses and sausages. Recommended serving temperature: between 15 and 17°C. Ageing potential: 4 years.
