Jaime I is a work of art inspired by the modernist era and one of its outstanding representatives: the founder of the winery : Don Jaime Torres. Distilled entirely from Pareyada grapes, it expresses the potential for years of ageing in the solera and gives a sense of vintage character. Jaime I is a blend of brandies of exceptional age, older than those used in the Torres reserve brandies.
Tasting characteristics:
Fine dark mahogany colour. Complex, magnificent and balanced. Tempting notes of vanilla, walnut, flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood alternate on the palate.
