Maison Les Alexandrins Crozes-Hermitage Rouge

In the northern part the terrain is slopes with granitic soils similar to that at Hermitage. In the south, alluvial soils predominate with stone terraces formed by the Rhone River. The vineyards are south facing and located on slopes cooled by the mistral. The wines produced in the north and south are very different.

Maison Les Alexandrins Crozes-Hermitage Rouge Varieties : Syrah

Tasting characteristics :

This vintage gives the wine an intense purple colour. The nose is complex, with aromas of red fruit, spice and a slight smokiness. On the palate the wine is in perfect balance with well pronounced notes of cherry and clove.
