Tasting characteristics :

The wine has a pale golden colour. It spends between 12 and 14 months in French oak barrels, with moderate aging in new ones. On the nose, there are delicate floral aromas of acacia combined with citrus, white stone fruit and a hint of minerality.

On the palate it is well balanced, with depth and density. The finale is long and refreshing.

Suitable combination for white meats, sausages and cheeses – goat and comté.
