This part forms 30% of the aperture ratio. Wines coming from stony soils (the ‘Greffieux’ area) are rich in aromatics and complex. They form the structure with 60% participation in the aperture. The wines from the limestone soils of the Muret area add elegance and finesse to the blends.<\/p>\n
