\nThe same pure spirit is expressed through the low dosage and vinification in inox vessels, which ensures that the primary flavours are respected. Extended aging of three years in the cellars adds the finishing touch to this cuv\u00e9e, where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.
\nThe grapes for the specially crafted Brut Majeur blend include a selection of more than 70 Cru vineyards from across the Champagne region. This extraordinary diversity highlights the richness of the terroirs: the C\u00f4te des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vall\u00e9e de la Marne, Aube, Vitryat or even S\u00e9zannais.
\nIt is aged for an average of 3 years on the lees.
\nDOSAGE: 7 G\/L
\nVinification takes place simultaneously in 120 individual inox vessels, each hosting grapes from a separate Crewe vineyard, grape variety and year. This careful handling of the raw material allows the integrity and individuality of each Crewe to be preserved to create a blend of exceptional variety.
