\nOn the nose reveals a beautiful complexity of aromas; ripe fruit and spicy flavours; hints of baked apples, apple compote and peaches.
\nOn the palate there is a fine combination of structure, length and vibrancy; bubbles like velvet; flavours of pear, brioche and spiciness, hints of fresh walnut.
