Soil: Clay, chalk and marl<\/span><\/p>\n

Terroir: In the heart of the M\u00e2con wine region, south of Burgundy. The two villages of Vir\u00e9 and Cless\u00e9 form a unique \u2018terroir\u2019 on slopes facing south-east. In Vir\u00e9, the soil is limestone with large layers of clay. At Cless\u00e9, the soil structure is slightly different, with a combination of chalk and clay mixed with liassic marls combined with oyster fossils that impart a specific minerality to the wine. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is one of the best white wines in the region, combining softness and minerality.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Vintage 2018: The white wines are well-balanced with notes of exotic and fleshy fruits.

The wine has a pale golden colour. On the nose, there are refreshing floral aromas mixed with exotic fruits and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it\u2019s well-balanced, dense and precise. The finish is refreshing with mineral nuances.

Tasting characteristics :<\/p>\n

The wine has a pale golden colour. It spends between 12 and 14 months in French oak barrels, with moderate aging in new ones. On the nose, there are delicate floral aromas of acacia combined with citrus, white stone fruit and a hint of minerality.<\/p>\n

On the palate it is well balanced, with depth and density. The finale is long and refreshing. Suitable combination for white meats, sausages and cheeses \u2013 goat and comt\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Soil: Clay and limestone<\/p>\n

Terroir : South of Burgundy, in the heart of the M\u00e2connais region, the production area is located in the villages of Fuiss\u00e9, Solutr\u00e9-Pouilly, Vergisson and Chaintr\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Vintage 2016: The white wines of M\u00e2connais are precise and well-balanced with well-formed minerality. Partially aged in oak barrels (demi-muids) for 10 months.<\/p>\n

The wine has a pale yellow colour. On the nose, floral aromas mixed with citrus and white pear are revealed, with a hint of minerality.<\/p>\n

On the palate, the wine is well balanced on a dense and tight texture. There is a distinctive and well-formed minerality. The finale is long and refreshing.<\/p>\n
