The wine is a delicate blend of the region’s two characteristic red varieties and has a brilliant ruby colour. Floral and fruity aromas on the nose with violets and cherry predominating.
On the palate is harmonious and velvety with a slight bitterness of almond in the aftertaste. Suitable for pairing with game starters or white meat main dishes.
