Tasting characteristics :
The colour is ruby with light garnet hues. Aromas of cherry, berry, orange and spice emerge on the nose. On the palate the wine is elegant, with finely expressed fruit, soft and ripe tannins and a long finish. Suitable combination with game dishes, terrine, pork and salami.
