Tasting characteristics :
Riesling Abbazia di Novacella is an aromatic wine with a pronounced minerality, straw colour with green tints. Citrus and floral notes of wisteria, jasmine and white flowers open on the nose. On the palate there is freshness, flavours of cedar, lime, white peach, saltiness on the finish.
The wine is aged for 6 months on fine lees and then continues its development in bottle. Suitable combination with risotto, pasta, seafood and grilled fish.
