The Schoann is a wine with a unique character, reflecting the complexity and potential of the region. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco and Gewürztraminer combined with creativity from the technologist.
Tasting characteristics :
The colour is light golden. On the nose the wine is elegant and subtle, with fruity notes of peach, apricot, pear, elderflower, white flowers, spices, jasmine and mimosa. Flavours of pineapple, banana, pear, green pepper, tomato leaf, citrus peel are on the palate. On the finish, a delicate salty minerality and creaminess emerge. Suitable combination with pasta, risotto, truffle and white meats.
