Tasting characteristics :
Pinot Noir has a ruby colour with light garnet hues. On the nose there are tempting aromas of berries, plum, cherry and raspberry. On the palate the wine has a velvety and soft structure and freshness, fine tannins and floral tones. Suitable combination with game dishes, terrines, duck, chicken, hors d’oeuvres and salami.
