Balar K3 Cabernet Sauvignon § Merlot 2016
A classic Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot that delivers plenty of dried red fruits, cassis, wild strawberries, dark chocolate, tobacco and mocha coffee. The wine is aged for 6 months in old French oak barrels and then in bottle. Varietal character and spontaneous expression are recognized. It is suitable for pairing with spicy sausages, cheeses, smoked meats and slow cooked meat dishes.
