Tasting characteristics:
Opaque, inky red colour. Attractive, intriguing nose with aromas of violets, ripe black fruit, licorice, cloves, vanilla. Juicy, voluminous body with very good structure and balance, ripe velvety tannins and a long juicy finish accented with black cherry and dark chocolate. There is a potential for aging. Suitable combination with grilled red meats, stews, dishes with mushrooms and grilled vegetables.
