Tasting notes:
On the nose, it is expressive with intense aromas of blueberry, blackberry and sweet spices. On the palate, it is subtle, with velvety tannins balanced by elegant freshness.
There is a combination of cream with blackberries, roasted spices and vanilla. The finale is harmonious, unifying and well-balanced.
Perfect combination with stews and tapas, grilled white and red meats. Recommended serving temperature: between 14 and 16°C. Ageing potential: 5 years.
