Region/Appellation: the grapes come mainly from terroirs in the Saumur, but also Anjou and Touraine: the soils are sandy limestone, clayey limestone and slate.

The grapes come from a selection of 6 quality terroirs: – Côtes de Saumur: sand-limestone – Bas Layon: slate – Haut Layon: clay-limestone – Coteaux St Léger: limestone – Puy Notre Dame: clay-limestone – Montreuil Bellay: clay-limestone.
Vinification is by individual grape varieties and terroir in thermoregulated inox containers. A tasting of pure parcel wines is carried out to determine the blend. Ageing by the Méthode Traiditionnelle method (secondary fermentation in bottle).
Langlois Chateau Cremant de Loire Brut 0.75 ages on the lees for a minimum of 24 months. Sugar: Brut (12g/l) The wine is complex with white flowers, lime, and hawthorn.
