This rosé combines the sunny side of Melnik and the elegance of Provence. Syrah is the protagonist and shows off its fully vibrant personality as it transforms from earthy and spicy to herbal and fruity. Melnik 55 adds berries and integrated tartness. A wine that is a good match with grilled red meats, dishes with herb sauces, and oily and meaty fish such as tuna and salmon.
