Sparkling pale yellow colour with pleasant greenish shades. Intense, fresh aromas, in which the typical asparagus and green peas, as well as pineapple and lime, can be detected. The body is dense, juicy and very well balanced. The finish is long with nice acidity and a memory of gooseberry and green pepper. Suitable for combination with fresh salads, seafood and grilled vegetables.
