Varieties: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting characteristics:
Blanc Sec de Suduiraut comes from a specific terroir composed mainly of Sémillon of fine sandy gravel, giving this Bordeaux Blanc Secs style wine freshness and aromatic richness. The wine is aged for 6 months – 75% in large barrels, 25% in barriques, 30% of which are new. The nose intertwines aromas of white fruits, spices and hazelnut. With a rich attack, this beautifully ripe vintage combines delicate freshness on the palate with delicious white fruit flavors. The finish brings citrus notes (grapefruit zest) and a pleasant saltiness. Suitable combination with fish, seafood and soft cheeses.
