100% Sauvignon grown on gravelly soils with marine deposits.Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels using natural yeasts. Ageing period: 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
The wine successfully reveals the varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of gooseberry flavour. On the palate, a full body with elegant acids and pronounced fruit character stands out.
