The grapes used to produce Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located 900 metres above sea level in the town of Peñafiel.
Celeste Roble, besides its obvious quality, is famous for its label, where the stars that can be seen during the harvest in the vineyard can now be appreciated on the bottle.

Celeste Roble, before being bottled, is aged briefly in oak barrels, which brings a host of typical nuances.
