Intense, intriguing nose with varietal aromas of wild strawberry, moss, cloves, earthy tones and a little smoke.Rich yet lively body with a very good structure with velvety soft tannins and an elegant sweet finish with a hint of chocolate and cherry in the rum in the aftertaste. The wine is ready to drink now but has serious ageing potential. Suitable for pairing with game dishes, spicy salami, stews and sauces with garden spices, and mature cheeses.
