Zonin 1821 Prosecco Rose Brut
Region: Prosecco DOC
Varieties: Glera & Pinot Nero
Tasting notes:
Zonin 1821 Prosecco Rose Brut is the rosé version of Cuvée 1821, a successful prosecco that reflects the Zonin group’s will to offer an all-Italian sparkling experience. The design of the bottle, entrusted to the creative abilities of Pininfarina, responds to the idea of timeless beauty, with an essential, clean and functional line that leaves its mark.
It comes from a blend of the varieties Glera and Pinot Nero, vinified separately in white and red respectively, and from a process of carbonation in an autoclave using the Sharma method, in which it stays for 60 days.
It presents to the eye with an antique pink color. The nose opens with floral notes enriched with intriguing almond sensations. It tastes seductive, elegant and enveloping.
Excellent to combine with cream dishes or to share in the company of friends on a late night.
