Vinified in the small specialized winery Quinta de Roriz.
The grapes are picked by hand and the bunches are sorted by hand. Fermentation temperatures are maintained between 22 and 24ºC.
Aging in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels of 400 L.
Deep garnet colour.
Red fruit, raspberry and cherry. mineral touch and attractive spicy notes.
