Wine from the region’s indigenous Melnik 55, which is a cross between the iconic Shiroka Melnik Vine and the French Valdiga variety. Aged for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels. The wine is a wonderful expression of the development of the variety and is characterised by aromas of dried berries, coffee, dried herbs, vanilla, cloves, earthy notes, leather and spice. The finish is long and sweet, leaving a memorable mark on the palate. Suitable combination with game, pork with garden spices and spicy salami.
