Extremely complex with a pronounced minerality that becomes more noticeable with bottle age. This is the real trademark of Via Verde – Sandanski Misket .Concentrated aromas of tropical fruit – pineapple merge with grapefruit, grassy nuances and floral notes characteristic of the variety.The difference in temperature between day and night gives the fruit a juiciness and enviable ripeness, and the altitude a freshness that balances perfectly with the density of the wine.It is suitable companion for many dishes – salads, seafood, Asian cuisine, sushi, grilled fish, soft cheeses – goat and Brie and lemon tart. Ageing potential – 5 years.
