An unconventional blend, reflecting the wedding of two French varieties from different regions, but successfully grown on Bulgarian terroir and fully developed in a bottle without ageing in oak barrels. The Syrah enchants with its typical earthy character and herbs, while the Cabernet Franc adds plenty of red berries. Wine for barbecues in the garden, cheese platters and spicy sausages. Also suitable with grilled vegetables and chowders.
