Tasting characteristics:
Intense garnet colour. Very interesting nose in which ripe black fruits, sweet spices, and chocolate-covered eucalyptus are found. Rich yet very fine body with good structure, leaving a memory of mint, blackberry, tobacco and tomato leaf. Velvety tannins on the finish and a long memorable aftertaste. The wine is enjoyable to consume now but also has ageing potential. Suitable combination with grilled red meats, spicy salami and mature cheeses.
