A luscious red wine that is medium-bodied and combines notes of ripe berries and pronounced jammy flavours. You can distinguish notes of cherry jam, berry jam or dark plum on the nose and palate. Open and juicy aroma. There is dried fruit, sweet spiciness, toastiness and hints of leather.
Quite a rich taste follows the flavours. The wine serves flavours of ripe currants, plums and herbs. Soft tannins and cherry acidity give a lovely balance. Ideal pairing with fried or grilled red meats and hard, salty cheeses.
